CZA Inc is a Global Business Development consulting firm founded in 2011. Carmenza has over twenty five years of international business development experience and is passionate in promoting the state of Florida and Central Florida as an optimal business destination.
Prior launching CZA Inc., Carmenza worked for the Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) for ten years as Vice President of International Business Development where she was responsible for the International Trade initiatives for the region and for attracting foreign direct investment.
Previously, Carmenza worked for other companies including Florida Hospital promoting the hospital internationally as a medical destination. While in Los Angeles, she worked for Mattel Toys and for the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee for the 1984 Olympic Games where she found her passion for international relations and business development.
She is a member of Central Florida International Business Task Force, a new initiative of the Central Florida Partnership; Advisory Board member of BB&T; Founder Member of the Orlando Committee of Foreign Relations (OCFR), a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and a former member of the DEC and also of Mayor Dyer’s International Advisory Board.
Carmenza obtained an Executive MBA Certificate from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida; B.A. Degree in International Affairs from Rollins College and she is a Certified Export Trade Specialist from Thunderbird University, Phoenix, Arizona. She is Fluent in Spanish, English and limited Portuguese.
